Zinc

Zinc is an essential trace mineral — essential in the technical sense that the body cannot make it and has to take it in. It is the second of the three micronutrients in the BioGlow Complex®.

It has more roles in the body than anything else in this formula — immunity, fertility, cognition and vision among them. Only the ones concerning skin, hair and nails are the reason it is in an elixir, and those are the ones below.
